By accessing or using the services of Holiday Lighting Pros ("Company," "we," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Services

We provide professional Christmas light installation, maintenance, removal, and storage services for residential and commercial properties in the Greater Cincinnati area.

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes are estimates based on information provided and are subject to change upon on-site inspection
Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins
Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement

Service Terms

We provide a 48-hour maintenance guarantee for any lighting issues
Installation includes takedown and storage at the end of the season
Customer is responsible for providing safe access to installation areas
We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within 48 hours of scheduled installation may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.

Liability

Holiday Lighting Pros is fully insured. We take every precaution to prevent damage to your property. Any claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Holiday Lighting Pros and protected by copyright laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Holiday Lighting Pros shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page.
